Job overview

Compensation is $24–$25 per hour. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Level 1, Bend Area role is based in the Bend area, OR, serving clients across Central Oregon. Sunbreak Society supports individuals with developmental disabilities or other special needs, promoting independence and quality of life. The DSP provides daily living and personal care support, follows behavior plans, and helps clients build skills and pursue personal goals. The role contributes to client safety and well-being through collaboration with families, support teams, and healthcare providers.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
