ESM Network Management Lead, Innovation and Technical Strategy

Job overview

The ESM Network Management Lead role is onsite in Plano, TX. Compensation is $64 per hour. The position leads network innovation and technical strategy initiatives, working with network teams, product owners, customers, infrastructure teams, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Lead network innovation initiatives, projects, proofs of value, and proofs of concept
• identify network challenges and opportunities
• develop business cases and project plans
• provide implementation strategies, migration plans, and technical support
• research network technologies
• recommend solutions
• align with product roadmaps
• identify transformation, process improvement, and automation opportunities
• resolve complex network issues
• ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
