Assistant Shop Manager

The role contributes to customer satisfaction by coordinating service work, checking that vehicles and customers are attended to, and maintaining shop operations and inventory.

What you'll do

• Check with customers about their experience
• assume the Shop Manager’s responsibilities in their absence
• coordinate floor activity and vehicle checks
• perform opening and closing procedures
• assist with inventory counts and adjustments
• train and develop team members
• perform oil changes and other listed light maintenance services
• process payments
• restock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness.
