What you'll do

• Oversee daily skilled nursing unit operations and regulatory compliance
• develop and implement resident and patient care plans
• supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• maintain staffing and resident records
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
• coordinate care with other departments
• maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines.
