What you'll do

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, and related family law proceedings
• manage a full caseload from intake through resolution
• develop case plans
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• appear at hearings, conferences, and trials
• negotiate settlements
• maintain organized case files and timely case progression
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and staff.
