What you'll do

• Develop profitable volume with existing and newly acquired customers
• build customer relationships, prospect for shippers, coordinate bids and provide tailored freight solutions. Conduct account reviews, coordinate loads and appointments, update tracking and customer systems, review shipping documents, process invoices and settlements, support accounts receivable and collections, and assist the General Manager with coaching Account Representatives. Be available for after-hours contact at night and/or weekends.
