Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Respond to customer concerns and questions by phone, email, and fax, involving sales as appropriate
• enter customer and order information in Salesforce and orders in Prism
• proofread orders against purchase orders
• expedite orders and monitor backlog reports
• assist with change orders and return material authorizations under direction
• support customer invoicing and documentation
• assist with copying, filing, typing, collections, and general administration
• route inquiries to the appropriate inside salesperson
• maintain awareness of company products and services.
