• Manage and configure VMware, Windows servers, storage area networks, domain controllers, group policy, Azure/O365, Aruba switches, Fortinet firewalls, ClearPass, and MiTel
• maintain secure, high-performing systems
• troubleshoot internal hardware and software issues
• guide IT team priorities
• monitor backups and system health
• manage SSL certificates
• remediate vulnerabilities and follow security practices.
