What you'll do

• Support individuals with daily living activities, personal goals, health, and safety
• promote community involvement
• assist during hospitalizations, injuries, deaths, abuse cases, and other critical situations as needed
• prepare meals according to established menus and individual dietary needs
• support grooming and daily activities
• follow Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging regulations
• collaborate to maintain homes in alignment with organizational standards.
