What you'll do
- Perform scrub functions, including selecting and handling instruments and supplies
- perform circulating functions, monitor and communicate patient condition, and manage nursing care before, during, and after procedures
- assist the operating physician with surgical tasks, hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning
- prepare operating rooms, instruments, and equipment.
