What you'll do

• Investigate complex customer issues and reproduce them in sandbox environments, including under load
• work with development to resolve problems
• develop internal tooling for observability, automation, and operational efficiency
• develop monitoring, runbooks, dashboards, and guides
• perform root-cause analysis and drive long-term solutions
• maintain the internal knowledge base
• collaborate with engineering, customer success, and solution engineering
• participate in critical incident resolution and subsequent analysis.
