Equipment Service Specialist

The Equipment Service Specialist role is onsite in Hendersonville, TN. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The position supports after-sales service for Aladdin Temp-Rite healthcare foodservice equipment. The specialist coordinates technical support, parts, warranty claims, loaner equipment, service agencies, and preventive maintenance contracts. This work helps customers and service partners resolve equipment issues and supports reliable service throughout the equipment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer and service agency questions about parts, pricing, technical information, and troubleshooting
• enter and track parts orders and RMAs
• coordinate loaner equipment shipments, returns, fleet management, quotations, and billing
• administer warranty claims and schedule warranty service
• monitor service-part pricing and inventory
• coordinate preventive maintenance contracts and service agencies
• train personnel, contractors, and customers
• handle after-hours emergency service calls as part of on-call duties.
