What you'll do

• Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients
• kitchen setup and breakdown
• assist with stocking stations
• prepare food including cleaning and cutting
• plate food based on guidance
• wash and clean kitchen and utensils
• manage inventory
• support executive chef during events.
