What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, case notes, and treatment-plan reviews
• maintain at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work and medical personnel, and school staff as needed
• attend clinical meetings and training
• conduct outreach while building a caseload.
