What you'll do

• Manage multiple exhibit projects from kickoff through completion
• maintain schedules, deadlines, budgets, and documentation
• coordinate designers, production, logistics, vendors, subcontractors, freight, and installation crews
• review drawings and specifications
• manage show-service requirements and forms
• track costs
• coordinate shipping and installation
• and communicate project changes across Korean- and English-speaking teams.
