What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and support authorization and verification specialists

• monitor authorization limits and expiration dates
• coordinate supporting documentation with clinical teams
• manage denials, reconsiderations, appeals, and peer-to-peer coordination

• monitor denial trends and quality
• maintain tracking systems and reports
