What you'll do

• Maintain franchise relationships and monitor performance toward SLAs
• inspect job sites, vehicles, and facilities at least quarterly
• complete annual technician evaluations and provide feedback
• train technicians and support required certifications
• mediate disputes among insureds, insurers, and contractors
• lead weekly technician meetings
• monitor MICA Exchange
• assist technicians in the field
• support local marketing
• review estimates, dispatch assignments, and respond to correspondence.
