What you'll do

• Provide guest-service support to property owners, guests, and employees
• respond to assistance calls, including jump-starts, vehicle unlocks, intrusion alarms, and minor vehicle incidents
• assist with traffic and pedestrian safety
• support special events and village operations
• investigate incidents and complete reports
• coordinate with emergency services
• inspect equipment and manage keys, locks, and access systems.
