The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Milford, Ohio. Pay is $16.80–$20.00 per hour based on experience and RBT certification completion; training is paid at a lower rate. Hopebridge provides clinical services for children with autism and their families. The technician implements behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, helping children build skills, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness. The role also documents progress and supports consistent delivery of care.

What you'll do

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• review behavior plans and instructional materials
• implement plans consistently and monitor outcomes
• complete daily progress notes
• support children and families as children reach milestones.
