What you'll do

• Work across front-of-house and heart-of-house operations
• run shifts and manage service flow
• handle opening and closing procedures
• uphold hospitality standards and maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• conduct safety, sanitation, and recipe-quality audits
• partner with the general manager on P&L, budgeting, cost control, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and labor scheduling
• recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff
• support local marketing, catering, and community initiatives.
