What you'll do

• Wipe tables and seats or replace tablecloths
• complete opening and closing duties

• replenish linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
• fill beverage and ice dispensers
• restock condiments and bar supplies
• carry food and assist with serving
• help servers with side work
• respond to guest requests or direct guests to assistance.
