What you'll do

• Lead acquisition strategy, sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-acquisition integration.
• Develop financial models and transaction analyses, assess opportunities to expand the clinical research site network, establish scalable M&A processes, present recommendations to executives and the board as appropriate, and mentor corporate development team members.
