Technical Business Analyst

The Technical Business Analyst role is hybrid in Dallas, TX, with three days onsite per week, for an eight-to-ten-month assignment. Compensation is not specified. Scadea is recruiting for a client project transitioning reporting from Yardi to a Snowflake-based environment. The analyst supports testing, report rebuilding, data validation, and reconciliation to help ensure a successful go-live with minimal defects and complete business sign-offs. The work connects business and technology stakeholders through test documentation, defect tracking, and validated reporting outputs.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute test cases
• support user acceptance testing
• validate and reconcile data across Yardi, Investran, and Snowflake
• analyze existing reports and document logic
• define future-state reporting requirements
• track defects and coordinate retesting
• prepare report specifications, validation outputs, and reconciliation reports.
