The Chief Financial Officer role is onsite in Hollywood, FL. Compensation is $140,000–$170,000 per year. The CFO partners with the Managing Partners and practice group leaders at International Law Partners LLP. The CFO leads financial operations and strategy to support profitability, sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success. The role provides financial analysis and planning for firm leadership, oversees budgeting and financial models, and establishes controls and policies that protect the firm’s assets and financial integrity.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute financial strategy
• advise Managing Partners on financial performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic investments
• oversee budgeting
• develop financial models for planning and forecasting
• support growth initiatives, lateral attorney acquisitions, office expansions, and practice group development
• establish financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
