What you'll do

• Manage credit analysis and administration teams, including recruitment, development, compensation, and performance management
• develop department financial goals for credit quality, volume, and risk distribution
• recommend loan structure, terms, risk ratings, and pricing
• present loans to management and directors’ loan committees
• implement and monitor credit policies and controls
• review portfolio performance and real estate data
• prepare reports on loan quality, growth trends, and product concentrations
• represent the bank with regulators, auditors, and external loan reviewers.
