What you'll do

• Lead prioritization and delivery of Workday initiatives across Reporting, Integrations, Prism Analytics, and Extend
• direct the HRIS technology team and manage intake, timelines, and ServiceNow requests
• oversee Workday configurations, reports, dashboards, integrations, data flows, and Extend solutions
• support Prism Analytics data modeling and reporting
• maintain HR data integrity, security, governance, and compliance
• coordinate releases, upgrades, testing, and operational support
• communicate status and risks to stakeholders
• serve as liaison across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business teams.
