The Third Teacher, Any Level position is onsite in LaBelle, FL, for $15.45–$21.21 per hour. The part-time assignment is 5.5 hours per day for three months and supports RCMA’s early childhood program. Working alongside two experienced teachers, the Third Teacher helps provide a safe, nurturing classroom and developmentally appropriate activities. The role supports daily routines and implements a child’s IFSP/IEP or behavior plan when applicable, contributing to children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.

What you'll do

• Support a warm, secure, inclusive classroom
• implement High Scope curriculum activities, daily routines, schedules, and Pyramid Model Framework
• implement an applicable IFSP/IEP or Behavior Plan/Interventions
• follow RCMA funding guidelines and DCF regulations
• contribute to classroom community.
