What you'll do

• Handle outreach for assigned paperback campaigns
• assist with monthly award submissions
• process invoices and order supplies
• coordinate meetings and prepare materials
• gather and communicate media coverage
• assist with review copy mailings
• draft publicity materials, build media lists, and pitch select media and bookstores
• liaise with media and event venues
• help arrange author travel
• update media schedules and campaign tracking systems.
