Medication Technician

Job overview

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Frederick, MD, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour. The position supports resident health and safety at Village Crossing at Worman’s Mill. The technician administers medications and treatments under physician orders and state regulations, monitors resident health, and maintains accurate records. Coordination with nursing leadership and other care providers supports safe, consistent resident care.

What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with physician orders and state regulations
• measure and document vital signs and weight
• maintain medication administration records
• follow medication-room systems and safety procedures
• coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and emergency protocols as needed
• supervise resident care team members when acting as shift lead.
