The role combines hands-on engineering, customer discovery, model evaluation, and deployment guidance, while bringing recurring customer needs back to the product roadmap.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery, scope proofs of concept, and run load tests and evaluations to select model architecture and deployment configuration.
• Build proofs of concept and production integrations in customer environments.
• Guide model selection, fine-tuning strategy, and evaluation.
• Manage enterprise stakeholder relationships and relay recurring customer pain points and deployment patterns to the product roadmap.
