This contributing manager leads the Data Delivery Guild while remaining hands-on technically, ensuring extracted and validated data reaches clients and downstream systems reliably, on time, and in the required format.

What you'll do

• Lead engineers responsible for data delivery and supporting systems
• balance management with hands-on coding
• drive backlog execution and unblock the team
• help shape agent-augmented development
• communicate priorities, risks, and status to teams and stakeholders
• organize integration and delivery work
• ensure client-facing data is correct
• build trust and coach engineers.
