What you'll do

• Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers in an assigned territory
• support customer satisfaction with digital assistance and communication
• collaborate with technical teams, strategic partners, and service teams
• monitor customer activity and opportunities
• communicate options and additives through outbound calls and emails
• assess market conditions, pricing, service requirements, and customer needs
• and participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements, study clubs, conventions, and seminars.
