Human Resources Director

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire candidates
• manage onboarding, orientation, and training coordination
• explain benefits, compensation, and policies
• maintain employee records and HR documentation
• coordinate reference checks and background screenings
• support compliance with employment laws
• update job descriptions
• respond to employee questions and concerns
• assist with safety, wellness, training, and engagement initiatives
• represent Hiawatha Care Center at recruiting events
• collaborate on workforce planning and staffing.
