Junior Counsel

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• research legal issues and prepare practical memos and guidance
• help administer compliance programs, training, and policy updates
• coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and specialized matters
• support transaction due diligence and integration
• identify and escalate legal risks
• improve legal processes, templates, and self-service tools.
