Plant Maintenance Superintendent

The Plant Maintenance Superintendent role is onsite in Cudahy, WI. Target compensation is up to $125,000 per year, plus $10,000 or more in bonus potential. The role supports maintenance operations at a large food manufacturing facility with five production lines. The superintendent leads maintenance personnel and programs to improve equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting efficient plant operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the maintenance function, including three supervisors and approximately 15 technicians
• plan and delegate maintenance activities
• drive preventive and predictive maintenance with the Plant Engineer
• use SAP PM for work orders and reliability
• implement root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, TPM, and improvement initiatives
• monitor maintenance KPIs
• troubleshoot equipment
• coach staff
• promote safety and compliance
• coordinate with production and other departments
• plan resources and staffing
• maintain a hands-on production-floor presence.
