What you'll do

• Run leads and maintain personal sales production
• present solutions, address objections, and seek signed contracts during the initial appointment whenever possible
• lead by example in performance and professionalism
• assist the Sales Manager with coaching and developing representatives
• help recruit, train, and onboard team members
• conduct ride-alongs and field training
• coach on lead management, presentations, objection handling, and closing
• monitor production and sales goals
• and support customer experience through contract signing.
