CNC Saw Operator

Job overview

The CNC Saw Operator role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $20–$28 per hour. The operator prepares and runs a CNC panel saw to cut material to finished-product specifications for Professional Plastics. The role exists to produce accurately cut material by interpreting job specifications, setting up equipment, and monitoring output. It contributes to production quality by checking work against dimensions and tolerances and maintaining job and inventory records.

What you'll do

• Read blueprints or job orders for dimensions, tolerances, tooling instructions, and operation sequence
• select and secure saw blades
• position and secure workpieces
• set feeds, speeds, and cutting depth
• set up and operate the saw and other assigned equipment
• monitor machine operation and verify conformance to specifications
• sharpen tools with a bench grinder
• maintain production-related supplies and equipment as assigned.

Why this role

Forklift certification is required. CNC machine certification is a plus, and three to six months of CNC panel saw experience is listed. The role may require lifting up to 75 pounds.
