What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, rooftop/package units, and related equipment
• identify electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues
• perform leak detection, refrigerant recovery and charging, pressure testing, evacuation, maintenance, and operational verification
• explain findings and repair options to customers
• document work and maintain an organized service vehicle
• follow safety practices and manufacturer procedures
• guide junior technicians when needed.
