Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Aguas Buenas, PR. Compensation is $10.50 per hour. The technician maintains clean, safe, and functional facilities through cleaning, inspections, routine maintenance, and minor repairs. The role also supports club and organizational activities by helping maintain facilities and setting up spaces as needed.

What you'll do

• Clean rooms and common areas
• sweep, mop, strip, and wax floors
• vacuum and dust
• wash surfaces
• empty wastebaskets
• replenish restroom supplies
• and replace light bulbs. Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs and touch-up painting. Inspect internal and external areas, report damage, perform routine maintenance, support clubs with maintenance tasks, maintain or repair facility equipment, set up and take down meeting-room equipment, and open and close buildings according to security procedures.
