What you'll do

• Represent clients in restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters
• assist with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and distressed transactions
• draft pleadings, motions, transactional documents, and financing agreements
• support distressed M&A and creditors’ rights matters
• conduct legal research and case analysis
• counsel clients
• participate in court appearances and negotiations.
