What you'll do

• Provide personal care consistent with resident safety and comfort
• promote resident independence
• report resident status to the charge nurse at the beginning and end of the shift
• contribute to care plans and implement them as directed
• observe, report, and document changes
• follow safe lifting and transfer procedures
• keep equipment clean and functional
• perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance to maintain a hazard-free environment.
