This role leads the definition and development of next-generation Networked Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, bridging complex RF hardware, advanced signal processing software, and distributed networking architectures. It requires a rigorous systems engineering approach to capture designs, manage requirements, and ensure mission success.

What you'll do

• + Lead the architectural definition of networked EW systems, decomposing high-level mission requirements into detailed hardware, software, and firmware specifications.
• + Utilize modern requirements management tools to capture, trace, and maintain system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• + Author and maintain critical engineering artifacts, including System Design Descriptions (SDD), Interface Control Documents (ICDs), ConOps, and Test Plans.
• + Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to model system behaviors, states, and data flows.
• + Define and oversee system integration strategies; lead hands-on integration events involving RF hardware, embedded software, and network emulators.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

Experience

5+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex hardware/software systems.
