What you'll do

• Provide assigned activities of daily living and personal care
• assist with transfers, ambulation, therapy exercises as directed, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship according to the care plan
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document services and report changes in client condition
• follow universal precautions and HIPAA requirements.
