Field Recruiter

Job overview

The Field Recruiter role is primarily field-based in the Westchester, NY market, with office work at the Westchester office when established and remote work until then. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Elite Home Health Care provides home-care services and recruits qualified aides to support its care clients. The recruiter builds a pipeline of certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides through community outreach, training-school relationships, and referrals. The role screens candidates, tracks recruiting activity, and supports onboarding and orientation when needed.

What you'll do

• Plan and log weekly field activities
• conduct community outreach and attend job fairs and hiring events
• build relationships with community organizations, employers, and HHA/PCA training schools
• source and screen referrals
• verify certifications
• maintain applicant records in JazzHR
• facilitate new-hire orientation when needed
• and report activity and conversion results.
