What you'll do

• Coordinate client and employee schedules, including Home Health Aide visits with clinicians and clients
• answer team calls and help resolve caller concerns
• coordinate authorizations, orders, and billing paperwork
• monitor visit and documentation compliance
• enter referral and tracking data
• support the clinical supervisor
• escalate events as required
• seek process and technology improvements
• implement policies and best practices
• and provide coverage to other departments as needed.
