What you'll do

• Greet patients and clients, answer calls, and route messages
• schedule and confirm appointments
• register patients and verify insurance and financial information
• collect fees and reconcile transactions
• maintain EMR records
• support outreach and school staff
• assist with first aid, vaccine handling, referrals, and immunization entry
• room patients and record vitals when nursing staff is unavailable
• translate for providers and nurses if bilingual.
