What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate field crews, time reporting, and job paperwork
• review plans and track materials, deliveries, trucking, and subcontractor work
• inspect sites, equipment, and progress for safety and specifications
• troubleshoot operational issues
• coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
• manage production goals, quality, and safety
• train and mentor crew members
• perform laborer or operator duties when needed.
