By reviewing session data with staff and families and adjusting individualized treatment plans, the role supports consistent, individualized behavioral services.

What you'll do

• Directly supervise BTs and RBTs and manage a small caseload
• review session data collected with staff and families, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans
• provide supervision through observation and team meetings with staff and families
• consult with families about treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
