What you'll do

• Manage HR staff with a focus on recruiting and retention
• advise supervisors on discipline, terminations, policies, regulations, and laws
• maintain secure and confidential personnel files
• ensure employment-law compliance
• process FMLA, disability, and workers’ compensation forms and reports
• coordinate open enrollment and benefit billing
• process COBRA
• maintain pension and compliance reports
• support orientations, policies, grievances, and diversity initiatives.
