The Controls Technician, Data Center Communities role is an onsite position based in Aldie, VA. The technician will troubleshoot and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), develop new processes, and mentor team members to support global infrastructure operations.

What you'll do

• Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS systems
• mentor Facilities team members
• manage small to medium-sized projects
• perform point-to-point checkouts
• execute provisioning processes for controllers and servers
• install and calibrate sensors
• interpret electrical schematics
• supervise low-voltage electrical contractors
• provide commissioning support
• create documentation and red-lined drawings
• participate in factory witness tests
• perform root cause analysis
• manage service agreements.
